FIFA will make a new Peace Prize. The first ceremony will happen in Washington, DC, next month.

FIFA president Gianni Infantino says that the prize is for people who help peace. He does not say who will get it. Football can help people come together and feel hope. Infantino is a friend of US President Donald Trump. Some people think that Trump may get the prize. FIFA says football and politics are two different things.

Somebody will get the prize at the World Cup draw on December 5th. Many people find this funny. Some people like the idea that football can help bring peace. The prize is new, and it shows that sports can try to do something good for the world.

Difficult words: prize (something a person gets for a good action or winning), peace (a time without a war or conflict), draw (an event to decide something, like a game schedule).
