Helicopters crash in Argentina – level 2

Ten people died after two helicopters collided mid-air in Argentina during filming for a popular European TV show. Three French sports stars were among the victims. Camille Muffat, who won an Olympic gold medal in swimming in the London Olympics 2012, Olympic boxer Alexis Vastine, and champion sailor Florence Arthaud died.

The TV show is called “Dropped” and it shows how sports stars survive in nature. Around 80 people were in the area at the time of the accident.
