Octoberfest 2019 Begins – level 1

The Oktoberfest for 2019 is here. The Oktoberfest is a beer festival. People go to Munich every year in September when the festival starts. They drink beer. They speak with other people. The festival is a big party.

People can drink 7 million litres of beer this year. The festival is 15 days long. People can visit 38 big tents. They can also visit some historical tours.

Difficult words: tent (a small “house” for camping), historical (from the past), tour (an interesting journey).
