Panic at Disco – level 3

11-12-2018 07:00

There was a stampede in an Italian nightclub after someone sprayed a noxious substance similar to pepper spray.

Six people died (including five teenagers and a 39-year-old mother accompanying her daughter) and 50 more were injured in the incident which happened early on Saturday morning near Italy’s central Adriatic coast.

Difficult words: stampede (when many people get scared and start running), noxious (nasty, very unpleasant), substance (a gas or a liquid), accompany (go somewhere with someone).
