People sleep on their side, back, or stomach. How you sleep can have an impact on how you feel. Some people think that sleep shows what you are like. But experts do not believe it.

Sleeping on the stomach can hurt the neck and back. Sleeping on your back can help your lower back. But it can make loud breathing sounds. Some people should not sleep this way.

Many experts say that sleeping on the side is good. It helps the back. It can stop bad feelings in the chest. People move a lot at night. This helps the body stay safe and comfortable.

Difficult words: stomach (the body part where food goes after you eat), impact (a strong effect or change), comfortable (relaxed and without bad feelings).
