Some leaders in Europe say that the US is still a friend. But Germany says that the US should not control its business.

The plan likes some far-right parties in Europe. Experts say that the US wants to have an impact on Europe. Some Europeans worry because this may make NATO weak.
The US says Europe should remember its history. Some people say that this plan can make problems. Europe and the US must work carefully to stay friends.
