Boeing will not go to court – level 1
12-11-2025 07:00
A US judge says that Boeing will not go to court after two plane crashes. 346 people die in the crashes.
The government asks to stop the case. The judge says that this is not good. People must be safe when they fly. The crashes happen because one part of the plane does not work well. Boeing makes a deal before, but does not follow it. Now the company can pick its own person to check safety. Families of the people who die are very sad and angry. They want the planes to be safe and the company to tell the truth.
Difficult words: judge (a person who decides in a court), case (a legal situation in court), safety (being safe from danger or harm).
You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.
What are the families of the victims demanding after the crashes?
