EU airports change the liquid limit – level 1

In Europe, people can only take small bottles when they fly. The bottles must be 100ml or less.
Soon, this rule may change. New machines can check big bottles. Some airports have the new machines, but they do not use them yet. Now, the EU says that the machines are good. So airports can use them soon. Rome and Milan already have them. Other places like Germany and Sweden may get them too.
But not all airports have the machines now. So people must still use small bottles in many places. The rule will change step by step.
