Jimmy Kimmel show is back – level 2

Disney said that Jimmy Kimmel Live will return after one week off the air.
The show stopped because Kimmel made comments about Charlie Kirk’s death, and authorities warned ABC about its license. Disney wanted to calm the situation by stopping the program.
The decision to stop the show created strong political reactions. Many Republicans, including Trump, were happy, saying Kimmel’s words were bad and his ratings were low. Democrats and free speech groups said it was wrong to stop the show because it limited the right to speak freely. Some politicians, even Republicans, supported Kimmel’s right to talk, even if they didn’t like what he said.
After some talks with Kimmel, Disney allowed the show to return, though it also said his comments were not sensitive.
