Thai king stops the parliament

The leader of Thailand gets help from the king to end the parliament. New elections must take place in 45 to 60 days.

The king does this before other parties can stop him. The next vote must happen in two months. The leader stays for a short time. There are big problems like floods. They kill many people. The help is too slow.

Also, there are fights at the border with Cambodia. Some people think that the leader wants more help from the people in the next elections. The next weeks will be very important for the country.

Difficult words: king (a man who rules a country), elections (an event where people vote to choose a leader), flood (a lot of water in streets and homes).
