USA Works on Drug Problems – level 3

By 2020, In Washington, the government of the USA hopes to reduce the number of drug-related deaths by half.
Recently, according to a report, deaths increased more than three times, and African-Americans are more than 80 percent of those deaths. The government wants to focus on prevention, treatment and educating children.
The plan may cost around $24 million and money will come from a federal grant. The government will implement this plan by September 2020.
Difficult words: treatment (an activity which helps ill or injured people), grant (when the government gives money for a special thing).
