In Anaheim, California, thousands of cosplayers came to WonderCon wearing their costumes and make-up and brought props.

People of all ages come to the annual event to see their favourite fandom in games, comics, TV shows, movies, books, and costumes!

Difficult words: cosplay (when people dress up in costumes as their favourite fictional characters; cosplay is a Japanese word that comes from the English words ‘costume’ and ‘play’), prop (a thing used in a film), fandom (being a fan of something; if you are in a fandom, you are part of a group or subculture).
