Denmark was one of the first countries to use digital tools in schools and public life.

Paper books return to classrooms, and teachers use computers only under control. Youth clubs and sports groups also ban phones. Adults notice better focus, more energy, and stronger social contact when phones are put away.

The government also plans limits on social media use for young people. A proposal aims to ban social media for children under fifteen, and many parents and groups support this change. Denmark hopes these steps help children grow more healthily and calmly.
