The Louvre Museum in Paris is closed. Three men with masks go inside and steal jewelry.

They use a lift to go up and break windows. They use chainsaws and take jewelry from a room called the Apollo Gallery. Then they go away fast on scooters. The police are looking for them.

The men take things which are very old and very beautiful. We do not know how much the jewelry costs. Some of it belongs to Empress Eugenie. She lives in the 1800s. The robbery is a big problem for the museum.

Difficult words: steal (to take something what is not yours), chainsaw (a machine which people use to cut wood), jewelry (pretty things which people wear around their neck or on their fingers), robbery (when someone takes money or things which do not belong to them).
