Dog Festival is in Lagos, Nigeria. People who love dogs can meet. But it is not easy to plan such a festival. Many people in Nigeria eat dogs.
The festival shows that dogs are not only for guarding or eating. The festival takes place every year. Different kinds of dogs wear pretty clothes in many colors. A dog called Pasha becomes the Dog of the Year.
The festival teaches people how to look after dogs. It also makes Nigerians love dogs more. Dog owners meet and have fun together.
